Off-the-shelf drones compromise between flight time, payload, and maneuverability. Professional cinematographers need specific camera ecosystems, flight characteristics, and reliability that mass-produced platforms can't deliver.
The approach
Designed modular frame platforms around specific camera systems (RED, Sony, GoPro). Tuned PID controllers for each build's weight distribution, developed vibration-dampened mounts, and optimized battery configurations for maximum flight time per shoot.
